1. How long will it take to get my Website?

For a single page website, it will be under 10 working days,  for other websites it will be from 10 days up to 1 month depending on the complexity and how fast we receive information/content from you.

2. Am I tied in to any contracts?

All our plans do not require contracts. You can ask anytime to transfer the website and domain to your account. But we believe that if you are happy with our services, you will remain a loyal customer.

3. Who Owns The Domain and Website?

You are the owner of the domain and website. The domain will be registered under your name. Our role is to create and keep your website healthy.

 

4. I already have a website, can you manage and host it for me?

Yes. Contact us with a current website link. We will review your website and give a proposal.

5. How many design revisions do you allow for?

Our starter plan allows for 2 revision rounds, standard allows for 3 rounds, and our Business plan allows for 5 revisions.
We ask that you give us a comprehensive list of changes each time to make the process quick and smooth. Revisions only become an issue if it's obvious we're moving in circles. If this happens, we'll work with you on ways we can get the project back on track.

6. Will my website be found on search engines?

Eventually, every website is found in somewhere on the search engines. To rank on top pages of the search engine results for a specific keyword, you may require our SEO services.

7. Will you maintain my site for me?

We can! We provide on-going support for many of our clients. Check out our Website Management Packages.

8. Do I get to see the design before it’s built?

Yes of course!During the design phase of our project process, we create full-color mockups so that you can see exactly how the website will look and function. These will be submitted to you so that you can review them before go to next stage.

9. Do you provide support after the launch of my new website?

Yes. You are welcome to give us a call or reach out at any time. We don’t just build your website and then disappear. We are happy to answer any questions or fix something that breaks. However, large scale design or development updates are billed at an additional cost. 

 

10. What will you need from me to design my website?

In order to design  your Website, we need you to provide us with the following before starting. 

Logo

 If you have your logo in electronic file format, such as .GIF or .JPG or .PNG or .PSD or .TIF format. If you do not have one, we can design one for you at an additional cost.

Text or Content

Content is mainly text-based information you want on your site. We will provide a guideline form with common content sections to be filled by you. If you do not have any existing content, please get it written by a content writer/copywriter.  We also provide content writing service at an additional cost.

Photos

Since the World Wide Web is a visual medium,  we need photos of your products, services, place of business or even yourself to include in the website. If you have soft copies in .GIF or .JPG or .PNG or .PSD or .TIF format, that is great. we can send our digital photographer to take digital photographs at an additional cost.

Meta Description & Keywords

This meta description is displayed in the SERPs underneath the title of the page. We will guide you on this.

11. Can I get E-mail with my website?

Yes you can have email/emails based on your website plan. ( Ex: info@your-domain.com)
